Checking the installation position:

Make sure the installation area of artificial bamboo panels is flat and smooth, otherwise, after installation, the bamboo matting would be uneven, and full of bumps and holes, that would be an awkward situation. You can reinforce the paneling with staples or nails, just keep in mind that holes must be pre-drilled for nails prior to gluing the paneling to the wall. Allow 24 hours for drying time and periodically check to make sure the paneling stays in place.

If you decide to use staples to install the woven bamboo paneling only, you will need an industrial staple gun with stainless steel staples. Hold the measured and cut woven bamboo ceiling paneling in place and staple every 20-30cm from top to bottom. For additional reinforcement, you can staple the bamboo paneling on all edges.

Install the wooden strips or bamboo slat and finish the installation:

To make sure the plastic woven bamboo mats would keep the flat status after installation. You could install the wooden strips, or bamboo slats every 30-50cm.
