Installation Instruction of Stainless Steel Bamboo Fence

Rustic looking metal bamboo fence is a way to personalize your yard with aesthetic or useful boundaries that provide a practical architectural use while also conveying a refreshing style. Steel bamboo fence panel is capable of meeting the growing demand for consumption of high-quality in foreign markets for many years. The iron bamboo fencings are made by individual iron bamboo poles to be connected with rivet.

Below are some steps on how to install the stainless steel bamboo pole fence:

Step 1: first, insert the long rivet rod into the iron bamboo holes on the three cross beams, as shown in the figure below.

Step 2: install the two edge closing slots on the rivets at both ends of the bamboo pole beam, as shown in the figure. Note that both sides are inserted at the same time.

Step 3: install and fix the long diagonal brace rod on the rivet as shown in the figure, and make sure the corresponding positions of the rivet and diagonal brace on the three cross beams are correct.

Step 4: fix the short rod in the order of length as shown in the figure to the corresponding position

Step 5: install the second layer, repeat step 3 to step 4. The direction of diagonal brace is opposite.

Step 6: install the upper beam, as shown in the figure. Reminder: in order to cover the steel bamboo pole crossbeam into the rivet more easily, it is recommended to cover the burr side of the hole upward and the burr free side downward into the rivet.

Step 7: use a small hammer to tap the rivet short cap to connect the long rod, and make sure the force should not be too strong or deviated, just make sure it can be riveted. Reminder: it is recommended to start to hit the top cap from the middle of the beam.

Step 8: use a pistol drill to drill holes in the closing groove according to the position of the short rod, and then use blind rivets (provided by the customer) to fix the closing groove and the short rod diagonal brace together. Note that the reverse side should also be fixed.

Step 9: use a small hammer to install the nylon cap on the diagonal bar, and only install on one end.
